The inspiration for the Stark End Table came to Joshua Ribbeck while designing new furniture for his home. He wanted to create a modern piece that would be distinct in his home or office. The result is a stunning end table that combines form and function in a unique way.

What sets the Stark End Table apart from others is its meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail. The table is hand-crafted with detailed lines and hand-shaped facets that give it a distinctive look. The low-profile design emphasizes the sleek proportions and contemporary silhouette, making it a conversation piece in any room.

The table is made using mortise and tenon construction, ensuring its durability and structural integrity. The solid walnut with a dark finish adds to its elegance and sophistication. Before the final product was realized, a small-scale model was printed for weight and balance testing, followed by a scale model for real-world testing.

Measuring 635mm in height, 304.8mm in width, and 558.8mm in depth, the Stark End Table is designed to fit seamlessly into any space. Its versatility allows it to be used for general daily use or as a decorative piece that adds a touch of style to any room.

The design process for the Stark End Table took two months from concept to finish. The table was built in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where Joshua Ribbeck and his team meticulously worked on shaping the wood by hand to achieve the desired angles and precise mortise and tenon joints.

The Stark End Table has received recognition for its exceptional design. In 2014, it was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in the Furniture Design category. This prestigious award is given to well-designed, practical, and innovative creations that meet professional and industrial requirements.
